Meet Ebony
I’m Ebony Palmer, Customer Experience Supervisor. I support my colleagues with a variety of daily tasks and making sure customers questions are answered in a friendly and prompt manner. Currently, I am doing the Audi Accreditation course to become an accredited Sales Specialist and I am proud of myself and my journey here at Poole Audi so far.
I joined Poole Audi in July 2019 as a part-time Centre Host which then changed to full-time after the Covid lockdown restrictions were lifted. From there I changed to my current role as a Digital & Telesales Specialist.
I handle incoming customer enquiries, giving them their first Poole Audi experience before handing them over to a Sales Specialist. I love that my role is customer focused as that’s what I enjoy the most. Coming from being a Host and moving into the sales office, I like seeing and being a part of the customer journey.
